Mosquito (1994)

Deep within the murky swamps, an extraterrestrial pod makes an unexpected crash landing. Its alien inhabitants meet a grim fate, becoming a feast for the local mosquitoes. But this alien banquet sparks a terrifying transformation; the mosquitoes morph into monstrous giants, driven by an insatiable thirst for blood. Swiftly, these mutant pests descend upon a tranquil Michigan national park, turning it into a chilling bloodbath, leaving no tourist unscathed. The survivors, as disparate as they come - two star-crossed lovers, a weather-watching meteorologist, an audacious punk rock musician, and a ruthless gang of bank robbers on the lam - are thrown together in this deadly dance of survival. As sundown looms, they must overcome their deep-seated differences. For when the veil of darkness descends, the deadly mosquito horde will return, ravenous for more crimson sustenance. Their only hope is unity, or they'll be the next course in this grotesque insectoid feast.
