Hackers (1995)

The Secret Service arrests a boy for writing a computer virus. Later, when he's 18, he has a group of friends. Now that he's allowed to have a computer, he gets back into it. They discover a plot to release a virus that will capsize large oil tankers. They have to figure out who is doing it and stop the virus without making the authorities think they are the ones who are doing the hacking.

Hackers is an action movie featuring Jonny Lee Miller.
