Ghost in the Shell (1995)

In a futuristic Japanese city, man and machine have merged together. Most humans have augmented themselves into cyborgs, enhancing their strength, intelligence and capabilities. Policewoman Motoko Kusanagi has changed herself in many ways to become a better crimefighter, but the computer chips in her body also make her vulnerable. A master criminal named the Puppet Master begins to terrorize the city by hacking into cyborgs and forcing them to commit crimes. Unless she can defeat the Pupper Master, Kusanagi's body may be turned against her.

Ghost in the Shell is an action movie featuring Atsuko Tanaka and directed by Mamoru Oshii.
