Master filmmaker Martin Scorsese dazzles with this true life tale of a half-Irish, half-Italian kid named Henry Hill who, at a young age, becomes a Mafia messenger boy. As he grows into adulthood, Henry steadily moves his way up the “organization” and into a prominent position under the tutelage of Jimmy Conway. Joe Pesci won an Academy Award for his supporting role as loose cannon Tommy DeVito.
