The Hospital (2013)

The infamous St. Leopold's Hospital, shrouded in eerie urban legends, is a specter that looms over the town of Bridgeport. Everyone agrees: its forsaken corridors echo with the cries of tormented spirits. A brave but naive young student, seeking an unusual subject for her senior class project, delves into these enigmatic tales. But within the hospital's dark underbelly, she doesn't encounter phantoms – she stumbles upon Stanley, a monstrous creature of the flesh and bone, a serial assaulter, murderer, and twisted psychopath. As Stanley takes a perverse delight in his new captive, a group of youthful investigators converge on the hospital, driven by their quest to "hunt some ghosts." Unbeknownst to them, Stanley views their arrival as an entertaining game in his grim playground. However, the hospital's sinister reputation is more than just hearsay. It indeed harbors restless spirits, and they are far from pleased with Stanley's ghastly deeds. Little does Stanley know that his deranged games have awakened a wrath beyond his worst nightmares.
