Plot
Ash goes to a remote cabin in the woods with his girlfriend and three other friends. One of them, Cheryl, has some strange experiences on entering the cabin but does not tell her friends. Ash and another friend, Scott, find a strange book in the basement along with some tapes. However, when they read from the book and listen to the tapes, they release a demonic force that tries to destroy them all.
