Plot

During a tranquil spring break at the seaside, Bogdan Ciocazanu, fondly known as Boogie, finds himself caught in a wave of nostalgia when he stumbles upon his high-school comrades. The chance encounter, perfectly aligned with the date and time of their youthful debaucheries, sends them spiraling back to the intoxicating days of unbounded freedom, reckless drinking, and thrilling romantic ventures. Boogie, now ensnared in the mundane realities of his job and family life, craves a taste of this long-lost liberty. In a bid to relive his vibrant past, Boogie plunges headfirst into a night echoing his adolescent exploits - a potent cocktail of drinking, games, fleeting flirts, and dalliances with the forbidden. But as dawn breaks, the euphoria of this youthful reverie begins to wane, leaving in its wake a profound sense of disillusionment. His former companions' attempts to recreate their glory days fall flat, serving only as stark reminders of the gulf between past and present. As the morning sun paints the horizon gold, a sobered Boogie returns to his wife, his fleeting escape into the past serving as a poignant reminder of the complex tapestry of his present life.
