In the shimmering world of affluence and luxury, Kaajal (Sridevi) dreams of a life she's yet to attain. Marrying Ravi (Anil Kapoor), an engineer she believes to be wealthy, she hopes to step into this world and shed her humble beginnings. However, she is soon thrust back into reality when she discovers Ravi's honest and simple lifestyle, a far cry from the opulence she craves.
As Kaajal builds her own illusionary world of riches, she becomes entranced by the allure of wealth. This relentless pursuit of luxury blinds her to the simple joys of family life, causing her to lose sight of what she already has.
Meanwhile, Jhanvi (Urmila Matondkar), the niece of Ravi's boss, arrives from overseas and her heart is captivated by the unassuming Ravi. Despite knowing he is a married man with two children, she is unable to resist his charm. As her attempts to win Ravi's heart prove fruitless, she hatches a plan that could give them both what they want.
Jhanvi tempts Kaajal with a proposition too lucrative to resist - a Crore in exchange for her husband's hand in marriage. Kaajal, ensnared by the tantalising lure of wealth, impulsively agrees, allowing Ravi to marry Jhanvi.
As Kaajal immerses herself in the intoxication of newfound riches, she neglects her family, drifting further from her husband and children. On the other hand, Jhanvi, the new addition to their family, steps in to care for them, highlighting the stark contrast between the two women.
"Judaai" is a poignant tale of love, obsession, and the destructive power of greed, painting a vivid picture of the price one pays when blinded by materialistic desires.
