Plot
The year is 1979 and the Iranian Revolution is in full flower. A number of Americans are caught in the crossroads when the existing government falls. Worse, they are taken hostage. The American government and people are left to wonder exactly how to free them. When six of the hostages manage to escape the temporarily safe spot of the Canadian embassy, one man has an idea. He knows how to rescue the hostages without putting people in danger at the same time. The net result is a film all about Hollywood itself that tells a good story along the way.
