In the quaint fishing village of Taiwan, we find Bu, a daydreamer with a heart that beats for fairytales. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she rejects a marriage proposal from Louie, a humble fisherman, captivated instead by a love message discovered by her dolphin in a bottle. Enchanted by the words, Bu sets sail on a romantic quest to Hong Kong to find Albert, the author of the message.
