Don't Hang Up (2016)

Two teenagers are finding fun in their boring, suburban lives by prank calling strangers — but things turn unexpectedly exciting and terrifying when one of those strangers lures them into his own sadistic games. He knows everything about the boys, and he's willing to use it against them if they hang up on him. It's an unusual hostage situation, but it's one that lets the anonymous Mr. Smith coerce the teenagers into increasingly reckless acts, with consequences that go beyond what they could have initially imagined. Their friends soon start disappearing, and they slowly discover that everything that matters to them is at risk.
