Plot
On Halloween night in 1963, a little boy named Michael Myers stabs his older sister Judith to death. Fifteen years later, Michael Myers escapes from the mental institution where he has been held since that night with his psychiatrist, Dr. Loomis, in pursuit. Meanwhile, in Michael's hometown of Haddonfield, Illinois, Laurie and her friends Annie and Lynda are all spending Halloween night babysitting at different homes. One by one, Michael targets each of them for stalking and death as Loomis tries to convince local law enforcement that the town is in danger.
