In the tumultuous world of medical academia, we meet Arjun Reddy - a brilliant but hot-headed student grappling with anger management issues. As Arjun contemplates his options, he crosses paths with the timid first-year student, Preethi Shetty, sparking an intense and unexpected love affair. Facing eviction and the loss of his medical license, Arjun's life hits rock bottom. A glimmer of hope appears when he learns of Preethi's unhappy marriage during a vacation. On his return, he finds a pregnant Preethi living alone after leaving her arranged marriage. Arjun's renewed determination to win her back leads to a reconciliation and the revelation that he is the father of her unborn child. They marry, promising each other a future filled with love and understanding, leaving behind the tumultuous past that once threatened to tear them apart.
