The Break-Up (2006)

Brooke and Gary aren't happy anymore. Brooke wants more from their relationship and Gary is still a bit immature. When the couple breaks up, they declare war with the winner getting dibs on the luxurious condo they currently share. Eventually, the couple breaks up for good and goes their separate ways. Some years later, they meet again and each glance over their shoulder as they walk away.
