Officer Beth Davis could write the book on why stalkers act the way they do, partly because of her immense training on the subject and partly because of the fact that she's been a victim herself. Fortunately, her new task squad helps her ensure that other people won't have to deal with the fear that she did. But everything isn't rosy with her team. While David has a competent team of professionals by her side, new transfer Jack Larsen has a bad attitude and a record that could throw the intentions of the team into jeopardy before it can do any good.
