On the cusp of adulthood, Itsuki Yuge's graduation day veers off course when he uncovers a startling truth - his cousin and lifelong friend, Mahiru, is pregnant. Their lives take an even more dramatic turn as they are spirited away to the mystical realm of Granvania, a land besieged by monstrous entities. In this enchanting world, the hope of salvation rests upon the 'Star Children,' celestial beings birthed by the revered 12 Shrine Maidens of the Constellations. These celestial beings are the only force capable of banishing the invading monsters. Itsuki, in a twist of fate, is chosen to become the progenitor of these Star Children alongside the Maidens. To reclaim their normal lives and return home with Mahiru, Itsuki must embrace this unfamiliar role and navigate the intricate dynamics of his newfound relationship with the twelve maidens. However, the question lingers - how will he manage the daunting task of balancing the needs of twelve women whilst bearing the weight of Granvania's salvation?
