Plot
The Earth has been invaded by a species of alien creatures horrible beyond our imagining. Parasytes crawl into the nose or ear of people as they sleep and then assume control of their bodies. The only one who seems to know of this invasion is Shinichi. A parasyte failed to enter his ear and instead bonded with his arm. As a result of this strange fusion, both Shinichi and the parasite retain their identities and their sense of self. It's a unique amalgam that slowly develops into a friendship and makes both of them a target for the other parasytes.
