In the high-stakes world of international espionage, Kabir (Hrithik Roshan), India's premier agent, helms the Elite Shadow Unit of R&AW, a compact cadre of the nation's finest warriors, handpicked and honed by him. Charged with the nation's safety, their crosshairs are trained on Rizwan Ilyasi, a notorious arms dealer leaving a trail of terror in his wake.
