Street Kings (2008)

Tom Ludlow's vicious methods of enforcing the law are dubiously legal, but he's long enjoyed the protection of Captain Jack Wander and the rest of the team working undercover. But a case of excessive force gets Tom targeted by internal affairs captain James Biggs. But when Ludlow's old partner first turns on Ludlow and then turns up dead, the maverick undercover agent is the number one suspect. He'll need to dig through the tangled bureaucracy of city hall and the corrupt layers of the police department if he wants to figure out what's going on and clear his name for good.
