Plot

Set in the dynamic era of the 21st century, Thunderbirds chronicles the audacious adventures of the Tracy family, led by former astronaut and philanthropist, Jeff Tracy. After amassing a staggering fortune, Jeff decides to channel his wealth into a noble venture - International Rescue, an unparalleled private emergency response service headquartered on a clandestine island base. Yearning to benefit humanity, this cutting-edge organization employs an armada of specially crafted vehicles and advanced equipment, primed to respond to crises on land, sea, air, and the far reaches of space. At the heart of International Rescue are Jeff's five courageous sons who volunteer their services as pilots and field agents. They are joined by the incredibly gifted 'Brains' (alias Hiram B. Hackenbaker), the mastermind behind the organization's technological marvels. Providing unwavering assistance are Jeff's loyal friends, Kyrano and his daughter Tin Tin, who serve as the backbone of the support staff. Beyond the physical realm of rescue, International Rescue extends its reach into the world of espionage. Spearheading their intelligence network is the elegant London agent, Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward, accompanied by her resourceful ex-con butler, Parker. Together, they combat the forces of evil while safeguarding the secrets of International Rescue from the prying eyes of relentless adversaries like the nefarious Hood. Thunderbirds paints a vibrant tableau of heroism and innovation, as the Tracy family and their team traverse around and beyond the world, answering calls for help. It's a thrilling journey where each mission is a testament to their unwavering commitment to aid humanity, all while wrestling with the shadows of danger that threaten to unravel their operation.
