In the ruthless underbelly of London, the merciless gang leader Vic Dakin, a figure moulded on real-life mobster Ronnie Kray, reigns supreme. As a sadistic brute with an unhealthy fixation on his mother, Vic is haunted by the spectre of treachery, fearing that loose-lipped informants could spell the downfall of his criminal kingdom.
