Lethal Weapon 3 (1992)

Cops Roger Murtaugh and Martin Riggs are more than just partners. Former loose cannon Murtaugh is now practically a member of Riggs' family, and the two's distinctly different styles work remarkably well together. They're going to need that chemistry to foil their latest threat: a crooked ex-cop who now works as an arms dealer. He understands how the police works intimately, and he's not afraid to kill anyone who gets in his way. Meanwhile, Riggs is falling in love with a young police officer. Murtaugh has far more serious issues when his family is put directly in the line of fire.
