Amidst the silent echoes of the countryside, Yvan, a 40-year-old solitary figure, finds his ordinary existence drastically disrupted. One fateful night, his tranquil solitude is shattered as a young stranger makes an unexpected, and ultimately fatal, descent into the confines of his house's yard. The stranger's life is abruptly extinguished, leaving Yvan in a disquieting companionship with the corpse of a man he knows nothing about.
The enigma surrounding the dead man begins to consume Yvan, sending him spiraling into a vortex of inexplicable actions. The tranquility of his life is replaced with an unsettling chaos, each irrational act pulling him deeper into a predicament that gradually seeps into the irreversible.
