New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison is horrified when President John F. Kennedy is assassinated in Dallas, Texas. Garrison becomes even more rattled when he begins to link the pieces of a conspiracy to his city. Following the trail of the assassins, Garrison is out to solve what could be the world's greatest murder mystery before the trail goes cold.
