In the heart of London, William Blake awakens face down on a desolate street at 7:36, his mind a fog of confusion. Time is lost to him and the busy city that should hum with life is shrouded in a chilling silence. He stands alone, unanchored in this ghost town where all signs of life have vanished as though swallowed by a void. Seven million lives, the pulse of London, are mysteriously absent.
