Snakes on a Plane (2006)

An FBI agent is tasked with protecting a witness set to testify against a dangerous crime boss. The witness is located in Hawaii and must travel to court in LA. The agent and witness take off in a plane for what should be an easy trip to an LA airport. Unfortunately, the crime syndicate the witness is planning to testify against knows he is on his way, and has created a way to eliminate him before he lands.
