In the sun-soaked realm of Camp Blackfoot, Cropsy, a cruel, alcoholic caretaker, is the target of a retaliatory prank by a band of boys weary of his sadistic antics. However, the playful retribution spirals out of control, leaving Cropsy horribly disfigured and confined to a hospital for five grueling years. Emerging from his clinical confines, Cropsy is a man transformed. His physical scars are rivaled only by the psychological torment festering within him. No longer the man he once was, he finds himself navigating a world that has moved on in his absence. Driven by a thirst for vengeance, Cropsy makes his way to Camp StoneWater, a stone's throw from his old haunt.
