Plot

In the chilling winter of 2003, a spirited group of college friends from Weston University break away from the monotony of their studies, embarking on a thrilling snowmobiling adventure during their winter break. The friends veer off course, making a fateful "wrong turn" and become lost in the heart of a merciless storm. Desperate for shelter, they stumble upon the seemingly abandoned Glenville Sanatorium in West Virginia, a place shrouded in an eerie silence that whispers tales of its troubled past. The sanatorium, however, is far from deserted. In 1974, it had been the scene of a horrifying breakout where three dangerously deranged lunatics freed their fellow inmates, resulting in a bloodbath that claimed the lives of the doctors and staff. Nearly three decades later, these same cannibalistic maniacs continue to lurk within the sanatorium's decaying walls, their insatiable hunger for human flesh undiminished by the passage of time. The friends are initially relieved to have found refuge from the storm's icy grasp, oblivious to the horrors that lie in wait. As darkness descends, they soon realize their sanctuary is instead a hunting ground; they are the prey in a deadly game of cat and mouse. Completely isolated by the storm, the friends must rely on their wits and each other to survive the night as they are hunted by the sanatorium's ghastly residents, who are anything but pleased by this intrusion. In this chilling tale of survival, terror doesn't only come from the elements outside, but from the horrors that lurk within.
