In 1984, Steve Jobs is prepared to demo an Apple product when it fails just before the launch. At the same time, he is fighting with an ex about the paternity of her child. These two strands set the stage for recurring conflicts throughout his life: the struggle to launch a new product and his strained relationship with his daughter Lisa and her mother.
