In the serene backwoods, a motley crew of five college friends, including the laid-back stoner Zack, lovebirds Kate and Riff, the provocative Vicky, and the pampered Ashley, embark on an escapade to unwind by the riverside. Their journey begins innocuously, their van cutting through the wilderness, carrying them far from the urban sprawl. Ignoring the ominous warnings from two eccentric gravediggers they encounter, they press on, their minds filled with dreams of a vacation filled with debauchery.
At a shabby gas station, they cross paths with Simon, an enigmatic and seemingly deranged individual, igniting a tension-filled encounter with Riff. Unknowingly, they've stepped into a twisted game of survival, their paradise turning into a chilling nightmare.
Upon discovering a paradisiacal riverside spot, the group settles in, oblivious to the impending doom. As the sun dips below the horizon, the real terror unfolds. Simon, together with his twin brother Stanley, begins to terrorize the campers in a gruesome ballet of blood and fear, their methods as creative as they are horrifying.
