In the pulsating heart of Tokyo, whispers of corruption echo through the halls of power. A public works minister, holding onto explosive evidence, becomes a ticking time bomb; numerous factions including the CIA, the yakuza, and others, are desperate to grasp this ticking time bomb and manipulate the government. En route to confide in a journalist, the minister meets his end in what seems like a heart attack, leaving his secret as elusive as a ghost. In this maze of deceit, a flash drive containing the coveted evidence has vanished into thin air. The CIA, city police, and underworld gangsters are ensnared in a frantic hunt, while the minister's unsuspecting daughters find themselves caught in the crossfire. Emerging from the shadows is John Rain - a spectral figure with a past in special forces, rumoured to be entangled with North Korea. As he navigates this treacherous labyrinth, he must outpace his pursuers, recover the invaluable flash drive, and shield one of the minister's daughters from impending danger. The game of cat and mouse unravels, with John Rain dancing on the razor's edge of survival and justice.
