R-Point (2004)

In the ominous winter of 1972, a chilling radio transmission slices through the silence at the South Korean military base in Nah-Trang, Vietnam. The message, uncanny and unexpected, hails from a long-lost platoon, assumed to have perished in the treacherous underbelly of conflict. The higher echelons of command turn to the seasoned Lieutenant Choi Tae-in, a decorated war hero, tasking him with leading a squad of eight valiant soldiers on a daunting mission to unravel the mystery and rescue the presumed-dead soldiers from the enigmatic R-Point. Upon their arrival, the squad finds itself in a deadly skirmish, overcoming a Vietnamese woman fiercely armed with a machine gun.
