In the quaint town of Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, 16-year-old Dylan Jameison is living on borrowed time. Ravaged by terminal cancer, Dylan, a self-proclaimed atheist, grapples with his beliefs as he experiences increasingly vivid visions of his deceased father, Earl. His mother, Karen, struggles to reconcile with the grim reality, trying to see Dylan as her little boy rather than a teenager battling an ominous disease.
