Criminals in Boston don't stand a chance against Connor and Murphy McManus. The two brothers become vigilantes after they kill some Russian mobsters. They decide that they are on a mission from God to rid the world of the syndicate. FBI Special Agent Smecker is tasked with hunting down Connor and Murphy. He begins to wrestle with his own doubts about whether the duo's mission is really so evil after all.
