Insanitarium (2008)

In the chilling aftermath of their mother's death, Lily Romero, the sole sister of Jack, attempts to extinguish her own life. Her desperate act sends her spiraling into the cold confines of a mental institution, a place from which Jack is cruelly kept at arm's length. Wracked with despair and driven by a fierce sibling bond, Jack hatches an audacious plan. He feigns insanity, a ruse that results in his incarceration within the very same asylum that holds Lily captive. However, the asylum's sterile walls conceal a nightmarish reality.
