In the echoing chambers of a long-forgotten Lisbon house, siblings Guilherme and Sofia tread the path of adolescence, their shared experiences weaving a complex tapestry of burgeoning sexuality. Guilherme, cocooned within a world of feminine influence, struggles against the unrequited love he harbors for his sister and the sting of her liaisons with other boys. This leads him to seek refuge in flight.
In the wake of their grandmother Clara's death, Guilherme finds sanctuary in his father's home, a realm steeped in a near-autistic solitude that gradually ensnares him in a web of isolation. However, the harsh reality soon dawns upon him - life cannot be constrained within the confines of a perfect circle, and he is driven to return home.
Upon their reunion, the twins are forced to confront the simmering sexual tension that has been their constant shadow, and love assumes a form that was hitherto unspoken.
