Plot

In the clandestine corners of their college years, Andrew "Andy" McGee and Vicky found themselves participants in a mysterious experiment, trading their innocence for a dose of an enigmatic chemical known as LOT-7. They were mere guinea pigs in a government-run scheme shrouded in secrecy, a scheme with consequences that would ripple through their lives. Love blossomed amidst these strange circumstances, and the pair married, bringing forth a unique child into their world - a daughter, Charlene "Charlie" McGee. Gifted—or perhaps cursed—with the ability to ignite fires with a mere thought, Charlie is a living, breathing testament to the experiment's unforeseen aftermath. Her pyrokinesis, a fiery echo of her parents' past, piques the interest of "The Shop," the same shadowy government department that conducted the original experiment. Andy, too, bears the mark of LOT-7, wielding a persuasive power that can bend wills to his command, a quiet counterpoint to his daughter's explosive ability. The Shop, under the ominous guidance of Dr. Joseph Wanless, thirsts for the knowledge that runs through the veins of Andy and Charlie. Their thirst turns deadly when Vicky is eliminated, clearing their path to the father and daughter. A skilled sniper, John Rainbird, is dispatched with the chilling mandate to locate and capture the two. Yet, The Shop underestimates the lengths to which Andy and Charlie will go to protect each other. Their pursuit becomes a deadly game of cat and mouse, a testament to the power of familial love in the face of unspeakable danger. The duo must navigate a world that seeks to control them, their powers a beacon for those who wish to exploit and extinguish their existence.
