On a quest for one last serene vacation before the arrival of their baby, Beth (Vinessa Shaw) and Francis (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), a young couple in the bliss of matrimony, set their sights on an enchantingly remote island. Its beauty is mesmerizing, its solitude a perfect backdrop for their anticipatory celebration. Yet, upon their arrival, a peculiar observation casts an eerie shadow over their idyllic retreat - children abound, but adults are strikingly absent. Initially, they shrug it off, attributing the strange lack of grown-ups to the lingering aftermath of a recent local festival. However, as they delve deeper into the enigmatic island, they soon find themselves entangled in a sinister web far removed from their initial assumptions. The dreamy island vacation morphs into a chilling nightmare, forcing them into a desperate struggle for survival. Unsettling decisions and raw terror become their constant companions as they navigate this insidious labyrinth, their hopeful eyes now set on one objective - escape.
