Once a feared enforcer for the Chicago Outfit - the most formidable crime syndicate of the 20th century - Lou Marazano (Frank Vincent) now finds himself lost in the shadows of his own legend. Two decades have passed since his infamous spree of hits, and his lethal skills have faded into oblivion, with his glory days a mere speck in the rearview mirror. However, the arrest of a high-profile union representative for tax fraud sparks a chain of events that could expose a widespread conspiracy intertwining corrupt police officers, city officials, and mob affiliates. To prevent the government from unmasking this nefarious network, the Outfit's top boss (Armand Assante) commands a hit on key witnesses. Spotting a chance to finance his retirement and escape Chicago with his beloved girlfriend (Kathrine Narducci), Lou seizes the job. But the situation rapidly spirals out of control when tenacious detectives (Danny Goldring & Stacy Keach) start dogging his trail, and the acting street boss (Mike Starr) questions his allegiance to the Outfit. Faced with the prospect of losing everything, Lou must reclaim his reputation as the Outfit's deadliest hitman - a title he once held with unrivaled dominance more than twenty years ago.
