Plot
The Johannesberg Police Department has managed to reduce the rates of crime through the use of robots designed by Tetravaal Company. But when one of them is stolen and reprogrammed, it begins to have thoughts and feelings of its own. Ninja and Yolandi are two criminals who have captured the robot Scout 22 and are planning to use him in their own criminal schemes. But as Scout begins to develop a greater sense of consciousness, he also begins to wrestle with issues of right and wrong. But the right choice isn't always easy to make in a city like Johannesberg.
