Plot

In the untamed wilderness of northern Siam, pioneer Kru forges a life deeper within the jungle than any before him. Facing the persistent threat of leopards and tigers preying on his livestock, he devises ingenious traps to protect his livelihood. His world takes a turn when he ensnares a chang, a baby elephant. Seeing potential, he chains the young creature beneath his stilted abode, dreaming of a tamed beast that will one day serve him. This plan backfires dramatically when the calf's enraged mother rampages, laying waste to his house. Fleeing the wreckage of their home, Kru and his family seek refuge in the nearby village. However, tranquility eludes them as a colossal herd of elephants descends upon the settlement, causing a wave of destruction. In the face of this unexpected menace, the villagers rally, mustering their courage to defend their homes. This gripping tale offers an awe-inspiring glimpse into the primal struggle between man and nature.
