In the throes of a relentless New York City summer, mischief is bound to befall the restless boys of the city. To keep them on the straight and narrow, Knuckles shepherds them to Algy's father's secluded mountain camp. Their journey takes an unexpected turn when they cross paths with the infamous Judge Parker, desperately fleeing from a shadowy mob. A close encounter on the road leaves both parties stranded, their vehicles barely functional. With no other option, they all take refuge in the Judge's ominous mountain manor, a place haunted by spectral apparitions, chilling organ melodies, and sinister death threats. Adding to the eerie ambiance is a mysterious housekeeper whose presence is as unsettling as the manor itself. The plot thickens when the boys realize that Judge Parker is the same man who once attempted to have Knuckles condemned for murder. When the Judge is found lifeless, Knuckles is once more thrust into the spotlight of suspicion. With the help of his younger brother Danny and their loyal gang, Knuckles must navigate through this twisted web of intrigue and deception. This summer, the boys of the city find themselves embroiled in a gripping tale of mystery and suspense, where every corner of the haunted manor holds a new clue, and every shadow may hide a chilling secret.
