Plot
Grace and her two children live in isolated mansion on the island of Jersey. Grace's husband has not returned from World War II. The children are photosensitive, so Grace must keep the curtains drawn at all times. Initially, it seems the three new servants she has hired will be of some help, but gradually, it becomes clear that something in the house is amiss, and Grace and her children may be in danger.
