Plot
David Sheff’s teenage son Nicholas has gone missing. When he returns after a couple of days, David is sure that he’s been using drugs. He puts Nicholas into a rehabilitation clinic, and as he makes progress, he moves into a halfway house. Beautiful Boy follows Nicholas’s up and down journey between drug addiction and sobriety.
