A foster child desperately wants his troubled father to straighten out his life. His father promises to - as soon as the boy’s favorite baseball team, the California Angels, wins the pennant. But, the Angels stink. It’s about as likely for actual angels to come down from heaven and play for the team as it is for the team to win the pennant. Hey? That’s when the boy gets on his knees and asks for help from up above.
