A Vampire's Tale (2011)

In the twilight haze of the Old West, an assassination attempt on an aging cowboy is foiled by a seductive vampiress, leaving the would-be assassin buried in the dust of time. A century later, an ancient obsidian mirror, a relic of the Mesopotamian desert, is stealthily removed from an American collector's vault and finds its way to Europe in the hands of Jacob, a shady antiques dealer. Jacob seeks sanctuary in a secluded farmhouse, accompanied by his pregnant wife, Lauren, and his complex ward, Rachel. Amidst the quietude of the countryside, his intentions are twofold: to auction this near-priceless mirror to the most extravagant bidder, and to pacify the impending storm brewing between the two women under his care. Meanwhile, a stunning ornithologist, in pursuit of the elusive Screech Owl, is disrupted by a pair of hikers. When one of them meets a gruesome fate in the forest, she and the remaining hiker are compelled to seek refuge at Jacob's farmhouse. As the night shrouds the farm in darkness, an unsettling presence is unleashed, casting ominous shadows that seem to bleed. The mystery deepens with the eerie presence of a cowboy lurking in the barn, a specter who casts no reflection in the chilling mirror. The mirror, it turns out, is the enchanted portal of Lilith, the rebellious first wife of Adam, banished from Eden to give birth to her demonic brood. Suddenly, Jacob's family finds themselves caught in a deadly crossfire: a vengeful undead cowboy and the reawakened Lilith, a queen of the shadow realm, destroyer of innocence, and the devil's consort. As the darkness spirals into a bloody dance of terror, the family learns a chilling truth - in the face of ancient evil, sometimes the only ally is the darkness itself. Set against a backdrop of age-old grudges and supernatural horror, A Vampire's Tale is a chilling journey into the heart of darkness where the line between good and evil blurs, and survival is but a flicker in the night.
