As Halloween 1976 approaches, several carnival workers travel by van through a rural desert region. A surprise attack on the van leads some carnies dead, and others kidnapped and taken to a secret location. The survivors now find themselves tasked with playing the game "31," an challenge set up by murderous wealthy elites. The five survivors now find themselves in "Murderworld," where they must battle dangerous killers who borrow their looks from clowns.
