In a world where fate and destiny aren't just abstract concepts but palpable forces shaping the universe, a cosmic tug-of-war unfolds between the Dragons of Earth, or the Seven Angels, and the Dragons of Heaven, or the Seven Seals. The former seek a revolution to cleanse the Earth of what they perceive as humanity's plague, while the latter rise to protect mankind from annihilation. The fulcrum on which this cosmic seesaw balances is Kamui Shirou. Kamui, a young man burdened with the power to tip the scales of destiny, returns to Tokyo after a six-year absence.
