Plot
When a Tokyo college student is bitten by a mysterious creature known as a ghoul, he finds himself surviving the experience. He now has inscrutable powers that seem to be linked to the attack, but he also discovers that he's being hunted by mysterious military forces. It's possible that Ken Kaneki's powers could provide a cure for the disease, but he won't have much help figuring that out on his own. With the help of a nerdy girl named Rize, he'll find himself pulled into a world of dark conspiracies and global puppeteers who value total control over the greater good.
