Captivated by the euphoria of seeing their maiden animation project come to life on the grand stage of their high school cultural festival, Aoi and her club mates, Ema, Shizuka, Misa, and Midori, make a pact. They pledge to unite their talents in the professional realm someday, crafting an animated feature that is entirely their own. Two years on, Aoi, now a production assistant at a prestigious animation studio, grapples with the harsh realities of the industry. The once thrilling world of animation appears daunting, its allure slightly faded under the weight of punishing schedules and relentless hours. Yet, the memory of her high school triumph and the promise made to her friends fuels Aoi's resolve.
